All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Florida through UPS or USPS.
USPS orders received Monday - Friday by 10am EST will ship that business day. Any
USPS orders received after 10am EST will be shipped the following business day.
UPS Orders placed before 1pm will ship the same day. After 1pm orders will be shipped the next business day
Payment for all orders must be received in full before your order ships. If you need your shipment by a certain day please contact us so that we can ensure to get you your delivery as soon as we can.
Once shipments leave our warehouse into a third party shipper, delivery is out of our hands but we will do everything we can to ensure timely delivery.
We often ship directly to shows and hotels when timing is a factor. Please call us so that we can assist you with shipping options 941-921-1764.
RETURN AN ITEM
Any unopened Nupafeed® Supplements can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our mistake, or the shipment was damage in transit we will issue a prepaid shipping label. In any other cases the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item back to us Once we receive the return a refund will be issued back to the original credit card used.
You should expect to see your refund within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return. In many cases you will receive your refund more quickly.

FREE SHIPPING
Many customer ask about free shipping. We understand that many big box stores are now offering fast and frees shipping. As much as we would love to offer this to you, it would require us to increase pricing to accommodate shipping costs. We know it can get expensive (after all we pay shipping prices to bring Nupafeed across the Atlantic!) so any savings we are given from our shipping providers we pass directly onto you. Orders over $300 qualify for free ground shipping.
