All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Florida through FedEx® or USPS®.
Orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

We often ship directly to shows and hotels when timing is a factor. Please call us so that we can assist you with shipping options 941-921- 1764.
Once shipments leave our warehouse into a third party shipper, delivery is out of our hands but we will do everything we can to ensure timely delivery.
USPS® orders received Monday - Friday by 11am EST will ship that business day. Any USPS® orders received after 11am EST will be shipped the following business day.
Any unopened Nupafeed® can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our mistake, or the shipment was damage in transit we will issue a prepaid shipping label. In any other cases the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item back to us Once we receive the return a refund will be issued back to the original credit card used.
You should expect to see your refund within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return. In many cases you will receive your refund more quickly.
