I found my love for horses and started riding at about 3 years of age. In my teenage years I was a die hard show jumper and competed up to the Young Rider Championships in Germany. I also did my German Instructor and Trainer license in approx. 1999. After moving to the US, I turned to Dressage in 2004, riding my first Training Level on my husbands 4 year old Quaterhorse mare. In 2008, I became more serious about my dressage carrier and achieved my USDF Bronze and Silver Medal and shortly after, in 2010 my USDF Gold Medal. Stefano 8 my Grand Prix Horse came to me in 2012 and opened the door to the International dressage show world. Our biggest achievements were qualifying for and competing in the Festival of Champions in 2015. In 2016 winning the CDI 3 * Freestyle at Global Wellington; traveling to and competing in CDI's in Europe and representing the USA in a Nations Cup Team in Odense, Denmark; helping the USA Teams to overall win the entire Nations Cup Series of 2016, which was recognized in Aachen Germany. In 2017, several high placings in CDI's at Global, Wellington, FL . In 2018 high placings CDI's at Global, Wellington, FL and the double victory In Grand Prix and Grand Prix Freestyle at the CDI 4*/3* Global, Wellington, FL. Stefano 8 is still going strong at almost age 20. I have high hopes for my up and coming 12 year old Danish mare Chantal Skovang, entering Intermediare II and Grand Prix this season. I am working also on my new partnership with my 10 year old KWPN Gelding "Da Vinci" and my 5 year old Sachsen Warmblood "Maizauber".
