For the last 25 years Live Oak International has become known as the United States premier FEI Combined Driving Event. This spectacular event brings drivers from all over the world each year in to compete at Live Oak International held at the Live Oak Plantation located in Ocala, Florida.
Live Oak International gives the discipline of combined driving an opportunity to be in the spot light of over 5,000 spectators. As a huge and very well-known discipline in Europe, combined driving struggles to gain exposure in the United State. Both trainers, drivers, grooms, horses and ponies deserve the utmost respect for the time, energy, and knowledge it takes to train and develop a horse into an FEI level combined driving horse.
Among such top quality equines that will be showing at Live Oak International this year, there is fantastic shopping! In Vendor Village you will find Hats by Katie, where you can find anything from a cute sun hat and accessories or a beautiful custom hat to where to the Kentucky Derby, her custom hats are known for their style, elegance, and quality. Freedman’s Harness can also be found in the vendor village. David Freedman makes top quality harness for customers all over the world. A number of equine artists have been known to have stores at Live Oak, along with carriage supply vendors. Make sure to stop by to see these wonderful stores and see what will be new this year!!
